How we rempve temporary files fastly?

after that open new window
then
select all (ctrl+a)
and delete(permanent del : shift+del )

after open new window i.e. Computer Management

then go
->Device Manager

Then display all devices attched to an ur machine...

type : recent

after click open single window ..
press ctrl+a button for select all
then click shift+del for permenant delete...
